Welcome to the k444 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the k444bet.cam website and its mobile application ("Platform"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

To create an account at k444, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide your real name, mobile number, and email address.
• The information provided must match your national identity card or passport.
• An active Bangladeshi mobile number is mandatory.
• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of account creation.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

k444 may request identity verification from members at any time. Identity documents are typically required before processing a withdrawal or for security reasons. The required documents are:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of your mobile banking account.
• Other documents, if deemed necessary by the security team.

Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. Providing false information during verification will result in account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

k444 handles financial transactions through Bangladesh's common mobile banking services. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits may only be made from a mobile account registered in your own name.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• A member may use a specific promotion only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If any misconduct or manipulation is found in claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• k444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer without notice.

All betting and gaming activities at k444 are governed by the rules below. Violations may result in cancellation of winnings and account closure.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the specific event is cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, k444 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• The maximum limit for a bet is set by k444 and may change.

5.2 Odds and Results

Odds displayed at k444 are presented in decimal format. Official sources or live broadcasting organisations are used to determine results. If any result is disputed, k444's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Slots and Casino Games

Slots and live casino games run on software from third-party game providers. Each game has its own RTP and results are governed by a Random Number Generator (RNG). k444 has no ability to alter game outcomes.

5.4 Multi Bet

When betting on multiple events together, all selections must be correct. If any single selection is wrong, the entire multi bet is lost and you will lose the total bet amount.

k444's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular gaming activity.

6.1 Weekly Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. The weekly cashback rates are:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Example: As a Gold member, if your net loss for the week is ৳20,000, you will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

6.2 VIP Benefit Terms

• Cashback is calculated every Monday and credited to the account.
• VIP tiers are reviewed periodically according to criteria set by k444.
• Misuse of VIP benefits may result in membership cancellation.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the k444 platform. Violating these rules will result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action if necessary.

• Opening more than one account under the same person's name.
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Applying manipulative betting strategies to claim bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
• Making fraudulent claims against k444.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.

k444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under certain circumstances.

8.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

• Identity verification not completed.
• Suspicious financial activity identified.
• During investigation of a prohibited activity allegation.
• In accordance with legal instructions or a court order.

8.2 Account Closure at Member's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before requesting account closure, you should either meet the wagering requirements of any active bonus or cancel the bonus. It is the member's own responsibility to withdraw any withdrawable balance before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no transaction or login for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. k444 reserves the right to charge a maintenance fee for inactive accounts.

Services on the k444 platform are provided on an "as is" basis. k444 cannot be held liable in the following cases:

• If a bet or game is not completed due to an internet connection failure or a third-party service failure.
• If the service is disrupted due to a natural disaster, cyberattack, or any other uncontrollable event.
• If account information falls into someone else's hands due to the member's own negligence.
• If there is a defect in the software of a third-party game provider.

k444's maximum liability will never exceed the balance available in the member's account. k444 will not accept any responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
